Shipping policy
- Please make sure to inspect your order for any possible damage before accepting the package. In case you received damaged product during delivery, please Take a video of shipment and send to our mail and contact us.
- Jewelry Prime provides estimated delivery dates for all available items so you may know when to expect your order. You will also receive shipping confirmation and tracking details once the package is sent out.
- Your order will be processed mostly on the same day if order is placed on weekdays and during the general business hours.
- Orders placed on weekends, during the holidays or during the later part of a weekday are processed the next working day.
Shipping Options
- Handling time is 7 business days after receiving clear payment and ring size confirmation. ( Business days excludes Saturdays / Sundays and Public Holidays.
- Delivery time will be 5-6 working days (which may extend during peak season time).
